Site development projects include: site layout and design of streets, storm water collection, piping, and detention facilities, water supply and sanitary sewer systems, sidewalks and trails, and detailed erosion control plans in commercial and residential developments and municipalities.

Commercial development projects include: site planning and engineering for all size projects from individual restaurants and small office spaces to large scale retail shopping centers.

Storm water analysis projects include: hydrologic and hydraulic studies, floodplain elevation and delineation studies, floodplain removal and map amendments, drainage systems, and detention design for small subdivisions to developments of several hundred acres.
